Welcome to MAT Digital (www.matdigital.in), a lead generation agency providing AI-driven solutions, customized email campaigns, data-driven strategies, access to B2B lead data, and web design & development services to help businesses automate their sales pipelines and enhance their online presence. By accessing or using our website, services, or any related content (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("User," "Client," or "You") and MAT Digital ("We," "Us," or "Our"). We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of changes. Notifications of material changes will be posted on the website.

We offer lead generation and web design & development services, including but not limited to:

  • AI-driven personalized messaging and email campaigns.

  • Access to high-quality B2B lead databases (e.g., via third-party providers like Zoom Info or Apollo).

  • Data analytics and optimization for ROI.

  • Automated systems for booking sales calendars on autopilot.

  • Custom web design, development, and maintenance.
     

Services are provided on a customized basis as agreed in separate client contracts or proposals. We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on factors like market conditions and client input.


3. User Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our Services. If registering for an account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain its security. You are responsible for all activities under your account.


4. Payment and Fees
Fees for Services are outlined in your specific agreement or invoice. We require 100% advance payment from all clients prior to commencing Services. Payments may be processed via bank transfer, credit card, or third-party processors. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to change fees with notice.


5. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (e.g., text, logos, AI tools) is owned by MAT Digital or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission. Any lead generation systems, web designs, or deliverables provided to you become your property upon full payment, but we retain rights to underlying methodologies.


6. User Conduct and Prohibitions
You agree not to:

  • Use Services for illegal purposes or in violation of laws.

  • Transmit spam, viruses, or harmful code.

  • Infringe on third-party rights, including privacy or intellectual property.

  • Misrepresent your affiliation with us.


We may terminate access for violations without notice.


7. Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate third-party tools (e.g., email platforms, lead databases, web hosting). We are not responsible for their performance, privacy practices, or content. Your use of them is subject to their terms.


8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free operation.


9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAT Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.


10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of Services, violation of Terms, or infringement of rights.


11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Ghaziabad per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or in courts of competent jurisdiction.


12. Miscellaneous
