Refund & Cancellation Policy

MAT Digital strives for client satisfaction with our lead generation and web design & development Services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines terms for refunds and cancellations. It applies alongside our Terms & Conditions and any specific client agreements.

1. Payment Terms
All payments are due as per invoices or agreements. We require 100% advance payment from all clients. Services commence upon receipt of full payment.

2. Cancellation by Client

Before Service Start: You may cancel within 7 days of agreement signing for a full refund, minus any setup fees (e.g., domain creation or initial consultations).
After Service Start: Cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on work completed. No refunds for partially delivered Services unless mutually agreed.
Notify cancellations in writing to info@matdigital.in. We process within 14 days.

3. Cancellation by MAT Digital
We may cancel Services for non-payment, breach of Terms, or unforeseen circumstances, providing notice and pro-rated refunds for undelivered portions.

4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only if:

Services fail to meet agreed specifications due to our fault (e.g., non-delivery of campaigns or web projects).
We do not achieve the mutually decided Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) discussed during our initial call, subject to verification and review.
Within 30 days of payment, for unsatisfactory results, subject to review.

We do not refund for:

Client-provided data inaccuracies.
Lack of client collaboration.
Changes in market conditions affecting ROI.
Third-party issues (e.g., email deliverability or hosting problems).

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15-30 days.

5. Dispute Resolution
Refund disputes shall be resolved per our Terms & Conditions.

6. Changes to Policy
We may update this Policy with notice on the website.
